I have many bad habits (it’s a shock, I know), one of those being that I don’t eat breakfast. I have known for years that it’s an un-healthy habit but it’s been a hard one to break. Seeing as summer is coming and I really do need to start having better food/eating habits, my first goal is to get myself enjoying breakfast. Enter fruit and yoghurt. I am obsessed with the above combination and have found it a tasty, simple and do-able beginning to my day. I can snooze my alarm and get ready with enough time to fit this in my morning (I actually make it in a container and eat it at my desk when I get to work).
